Dosage

Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet twice daily when needed. aloe Ferox usually works within 8-12 hours. Not suitable for children under 12 years.

Warnings and Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active substance. Intestinal obstruction or with undiagnosed abdominal symptoms. • This medicine should not be used in the presence of abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting. • This product should not be used for a period longer than one week, unless directed by a doctor. • If you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for a period longer than 2 weeks, consult a doctor before using the laxative. • Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult a doctor. • Frequent or prolonged use of this medicine may result in dependence on laxatives and loss of normal bowel function.

Each tablet contains: Aloe Ferox extract (standardised to 18-24% Aloin)
